Hang on a minute... Who are you?
Some details might help?
And fifty grand for a Gixxer thou?!?!
I'm all for raffles for good causes but maybe have a word with your 'partner' and see if they'll maybe lower their price of a new Suzuki thou from fifty grand to something more realistic?

Johnny is the Chairman of the Kells Road Racing Club and does spanners for Andy Farrell #96 road racer.

This is a fundraising initiative by the club. The cost of running National road races is between 90,000 to 120,000 thus the need for campaigns like this.

Jesus, austerity might be gone up your end of the country but definitely not down here.

Would love to help but seriously, €100?
Its a great prize, but at that money for a ticket I doubt most people could even consider buying a ticket. I'd have to seriously think twice if the tickets were only €20.

I'm all for supporting and keeping road racing alive in Ireland, and I hope this fundraisers works for you. I understand that its horrendously expensive to run these races.

Have you not considered a second draw with a ticket cost of say €10 for more modest prizes? I'm sure there is many out there like me that would be happy to contribute at a more modest cost that we could afford.

better still post a separate link where we can donate what we can for no prize whatsoever, just what we each can afford. It wont raise the 100 grand you are looking for but every euro counts.

Just seen on done deal cc's unlimited are raffling a new gixxer 1000 .!

€100 a ticket,limited to 500.
Think the draw is the weekend of the Kelly races(with the proceeds going towards the cost of the race weekend I believe) You can even pay installments!€20 secures your ticket.
