"Shoot To Kill"

Is there any truth to the rumour that Broadford is closed because some clown is trying to sue them over a fall last year

Re: "Shoot To Kill"

Nice one on tullow, can't see why lads go and try claim when they know the conciquences of there misjudgement or lack of ability. It's like trying to claim from the army after getting shot in action

I would LOVE for this to be true. How certain are you? Not saying I don't believe you. Just wanna know if it's just a rumour or truth.

I taught once you sign the disclaimer, you went out at your own risk. A cracking mx track on my doorstep shut down over one arse hole. I only bought a TM 250 2 weeks ago. I'm gutted

Re: "Shoot To Kill"

Disclaimer ain't worth the paper its written on, if a cock wants to sue all they need prove is neglegence on the part of the lawn owner.

I.e.

"My poor joey couldn't go to school because of the potholes on that track, the owner never filled them in"

If anyone knows any biker suing a track for a practice or race incident they should point them out for tar & feathering..

Re: "Shoot To Kill"

A few years back a mate of mine was lying 3rd in a support race around Dundalk when the lad in 2nd ran straight into the middle of a roundabout. He then sued the mcui claiming the leader of the race(who was no where near him)knocked him off. Name and shame I say. The huge insurance bills are slowly killing off road racing as it is.

Re: "Shoot To Kill"

its a shame some C**ts feck it up for everyone.......Derryarkin are saying they have no insurance and its up to the rider to provide this own..... I hope the works out for them, as the if someone claimed they would have t sell the track to cover costs.... but its crap land and the scum who claims wouldn't even get there fees covered......

all these scum are doing is pushing mx bikes into public areas , like forests etc,.......
